Role description
ChangePoint Admin/Developer – Lead, Build, and Transition a Critical System
What if you could step into a role where you’re not just maintaining a system—but actively improving it and helping guide what comes next?
We’re partnering with a growing, technology-driven organization looking for a ChangePoint Administrator / Senior Developer to join a small team supporting their current environment while playing a key role in an upcoming platform transition.
This is a high-impact, highly visible contract role where you’ll work across both the administrative and development side of ChangePoint and interact with teams across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be hands-on across all aspects of ChangePoint, working closely with a small team to support and enhance the platform.
That includes:
• Managing day-to-day system performance, issues, and enhancements
• Working directly in the backend to update and maintain data
• Troubleshooting defects, identifying root causes, and implementing fixes
• Building and maintaining integrations within the platform
• Supporting SDLC processes across both Agile and Waterfall environments
• Partnering with business users to gather requirements and provide solutions
• Managing incoming change requests and helping bring structure to change control
• Contributing to documentation across design, testing, and implementation
• Supporting the eventual transition from ChangePoint to a future platform
This is a collaborative, user-facing role where communication and problem-solving are just as important as technical expertise.
What You Bring
• 4+ years of hands-on ChangePoint administration experience (required)
• Strong backend/data experience within ChangePoint
• Experience building or maintaining integrations
• Development experience with tools like C#, SSMS, Excel, and Visual Studio
• Familiarity with SDLC environments (Agile and/or Waterfall)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work through complex system challenges
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with end users
Nice to Have
• ChangePoint or Planview certification
• Experience with ChangePoint Web APIs
• Exposure to tools like Azure DevOps, PowerShell, or Dynamics CRM
What Makes This Role Different
• You’ll work across both admin and development, not just a narrow slice
• You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team supporting a critical system
• You’ll be involved in both maintaining and evolving the platform
• You’ll help influence what comes next as the organization transitions to a new system
• The scope is broad enough to stay interesting, with real visibility across the business
Additional Details
• Fully remote
• 18-month contract
• Competitive hourly rate, with flexibility for the right person
