Role description
Target PR Range: 52-62/hr
β’ Depending on experience
Summary: The Channel Metadata Analyst supports Digital Lab with day-to-day management, oversight, and optimization of marketing metadata and digital operational programs. This role will also cover aspects of Email Rental, Preference Center management, and dashboard/data operations.
Responsibilities
β’ Lead daily operations, including metadata tagging and dashboard management across complex brand programs, ensuring accuracy and on-time execution
β’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to maintain updated content, align processes, and uphold data management standards
β’ Utilize Salesforce (CPMT) for metadata activities
β’ Perform data querying, analysis, and process automation using SQL
β’ Develop and maintain documentation such as playbooks, guides, and RACI matrices
β’ Onboard cross-functional/agency teams on workflows and operational processes
β’ Partner with teams to gather requirements, test, and verify data inputs/outputs
β’ Drive standardization, automation, and process improvements to enable greater efficiency
β’ Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions with partners
β’ Design, update, and maintain dashboards/operational reports using Smartsheet, Workfront, & PowerBI
β’ Oversee and support aspects of Email Rental and Preference Center workflows and operations
β’ Stay current with digital operations best practices and recommend new solutions
β’ Communicate clearly and set expectations throughout operational processes
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
β’ Experience with digital marketing operations, database/content management, project management.
β’ Hands-on experience with Smartsheet, PowerBI, and Salesforce; proficiency in SQL (Snowflake) & Marketo a strong plus
β’ Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams
β’ Demonstrated ability to operate independently, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
β’ Proven track record of cross-functional teamwork and driving programs to completion
β’ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
β’ Enthusiastic, solution-oriented, and open to new challenges
