About the project
KBex Global is building a lightweight, on-demand recruiting support product that will change how companies recruit - for the better.
We’re starting with a Chrome extension + simple web workflow, focused on speed, trust, and compliance.
What we are not building (for clarity)
• No ATS API integrations (v1)
• No data scraping or bulk extraction
• No candidate databases
• No AI / ML requirements
This is a lean, compliance-conscious MVP.
Required skills & experience
Must-have
• Proven experience building and shipping Chrome Extensions (Manifest V3, content scripts, permissions)
• Strong JavaScript (or TypeScript), HTML, CSS
• Experience with DOM manipulation and browser security constraints
• Comfort handling sensitive data (PII) responsibly
• Ability to work independently and make pragmatic technical decisions
Nice-to-have
• Experience with B2B SaaS or internal tools
• Familiarity with WordPress environments
• Understanding of privacy/GDPR principles
• Experience building productivity or workflow tools
