Overview Job Title: Cisco Data Analyst Level 1 Location: Remote / USA Type: Independent Contract (Contractor / Non-Employee) Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $30.00-$32.77 per hour Primary Focus: Responsible for analyzing and providing data results globally for the eligibility for a client’s partner programs. All duties and responsibilities performed in accordance with the Mission, Vision and Core Values of Cayuse. Responsibilities Duties β€’ Monthly analysis of data to provide reporting globally regarding partner metrics β€’ Biannual analysis of data to identify eligibility of partners within the program β€’ Monitor and respond to inquiries submitted via internal email β€’ Monitor and respond to cases in helpdesk queue β€’ Identify and validate business requirements with key stakeholders β€’ Data analysis from various sources for automation and development of reports and dashboards β€’ Identify process and data threading gaps for production of key metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues β€’ Partner with and influence the Business, IT and Operational stakeholders as necessary for developing the testing and training strategies and execution plans β€’ Understand and influence upstream and downstream stakeholders of the effort to Integrate internal data in order to create a complete Customer Success picture Problem Solving β€’ Provides assistance and information to the client in a prompt manner. β€’ Manages continuous improvement through ongoing collection of data and information regarding customer requirements. β€’ Understand and responds to others’ using active listening skills and tactful communication. β€’ Ability to resolve issues following the parameters and guidelines of the client. Accountability β€’ Contributes to the accomplishments of team objectives; works collaboratively as a team member towards solutions; solicits input from other team members; demonstrates respect for the ideas and opinions of others; employs trust and openness. β€’ Ensures customer satisfaction through follow up and special efforts. β€’ Assist new employees with training through shadowing opportunities and explanation of work process as requested. Qualifications Education / Experience β€’ Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. β€’ Proven experience in Sales, Service and/or Customer Success operations with strong empathy for stakeholders and customers β€’ Project management, data analysis and reporting with related toolset expertise: β€’ Excel β€’ Smartsheet β€’ Databases β€’ PowerPoint β€’ Power Query β€’ Visual Studio β€’ Microsoft SQL Server β€’ Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, experience working with cross-functional teams β€’ Must be able to operate in a fast paced, high stress environment and handle ambiguity β€’ Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement. Technical Knowledge β€’ Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in two of the following testing toolsets or frameworks: Excel, Microsoft Office Human Relationship Skills β€’ Speaks with clarity, articulation, and is aware of own non-verbal communication. β€’ Dependable and can be counted on; complete assignments on time and accurately; keeps team members abreast of problems and work progress. β€’ Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and thrive in high-energy team environment. β€’ Strong written and spoken communication skills. β€’ Must be able to work independently, as well as with a team. β€’ Ability to function in a diverse work environment. β€’ Experience in a customer service role. Additional Abilities β€’ Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
