Company: Fortune 500 Financial Company Position: Citizen Developer Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite) Term: 6-12 month Contract Pay: $68-$115/hr Citizen Developer (VP) – Columbus, OH (Onsite) We’re seeking a Citizen Developer to design and deliver low‑code/no‑code (LCNC) solutions that streamline processes and improve productivity across the business. You will translate operational needs into applications, workflows, and automations using platforms like Power Apps and Power Automate, while ensuring solutions meet firm standards, controls, and compliance requirements. Responsibilities: • Build and enhance LCNC applications, workflows, and dashboards • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and manage releases • Gather and translate business requirements into solution designs • Partner with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Technology • Maintain documentation, user guides, training materials, and support resources • Own the LCNC roadmap from concept through decommissioning • Ensure integration, security, access controls, and compliance standards are met • Provide clear updates, identify risks, and support change management • Research new LCNC and AI‑driven capabilities to enhance the tech stack Qualifications: • Experience in process automation, business analysis, digital transformation, or product ownership • Hands‑on LCNC experience (Power Platform or similar tools) • Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort with AI‑enabled tools • Ability to communicate complex concepts in simple business language
