Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance industry.
Extensive knowledge of Personal Lines Claims processes.
Experience in claims operations, claims adjudication, and claims lifecycle management.
Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business process mapping skills.
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Ability to analyze business data and communicate insights effectively.
Experience working on digital transformation and automation initiatives.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within insurance.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
Preferred Skills
Experience with claims management platforms.
Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
Insurance certifications are advantageous.
Experience working with London Market or UK Personal Lines insurers is a plus.
