Role description
Claude AI Specialist • Serve as the Claude-focused AI specialist for a software implementation project. • Partner with business stakeholders, product leaders, technical teams, and implementation teams to identify high-value AI use cases and prioritize opportunities based on feasibility, risk, effort, and business impact. • Design and refine Claude prompts, prompt libraries, reusable workflows, structured outputs, templates, agents, and AI-assisted work patterns for business and technical users. • Develop AI-enabled workflows for requirements analysis, documentation, user story development, test case generation, defect analysis, data review, training material creation, release notes, support knowledge, and executive summaries. • Support Claude-based solution design for internal productivity tools, client-facing workflows, knowledge assistants, documentation assistants, implementation accelerators, and operational support models. • Work with technical teams to define Claude API usage patterns, integration requirements, system prompts, retrieval approaches, data boundaries, logging needs, evaluation criteria, and production support expectations. • Support AI-assisted software delivery by helping teams use Claude for code explanation, technical documentation, test planning, troubleshooting, integration analysis, implementation planning, and delivery acceleration. • Partner with data, security, privacy, compliance, and legal stakeholders to ensure Claude usage aligns with organizational policies, client obligations, data handling rules, and responsible AI standards. • Create and maintain AI governance artifacts, including use case intake forms, risk assessments, prompt standards, review checklists, approval workflows, acceptable-use guidance, and human-in-the-loop controls. • Develop and execute evaluation plans to test Claude outputs for accuracy, relevance, completeness, consistency, bias, hallucination risk, tone, formatting, and fitness for business use. • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, prototype reviews, stakeholder demos, training sessions, adoption meetings, and feedback loops for AI-enabled workflows. • Create training materials, quick-reference guides, prompt playbooks, examples, and role-based enablement content to help users adopt Claude safely and effectively. • Monitor adoption, collect user feedback, identify workflow friction, refine prompts, improve knowledge sources, and recommend enhancements based on measurable usage and value. • Support go-live planning and production support for AI solutions, including readiness checks, escalation paths, issue triage, usage monitoring, and continuous improvement activities. • Communicate AI capabilities, limitations, risks, assumptions, and recommended safeguards clearly to executive, technical, operational, and end-user audiences.
