Cleared Financial Systems Developer (OneStream/Hyperion/TM1/Cognos)

Clearance: Interim Secret Clearance Required – Candidates without this clearance will not be considered Blu Omega is seeking a Financial Systems Developer (OneStream/Hyperion/TM1/Cognos) to support Department of Defense (DoD) financial modernization efforts. In this role, you’ll help design, build, and maintain OneStream solutions, working closely with technical leads and stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial reporting and consolidation systems. Responsibilities: • Support OneStream development including data integration, metadata, workflows, dashboards, business rules, and calculations • Assist with requirements discovery and system demos for clients • Contribute to system documentation, testing, and end-user training • Support configuration management across development, test, and production environments • Help consolidate directorate/office submissions and configure narrative reporting Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, finance, accounting, IT, economics, or a related field • 5+ years of relevant experience • Hands-on experience with OneStream (6–12 months minimum) or comparable Corporate Performance Management (CPM) technology such as Oracle Hyperion, TM1, or IBM Cognos. • Minimum Interim Secret Clearance Nice to Have: • SQL and VB.net • Government Financials and Federal Accounting concepts Salary Range: $110K-130K Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance What Blu Omega Can Offer You: • Competitive benefits including Health Insurance, 401K w/ match, Paid Time Off and more. • Results driven culture that embrace our core values • Rewarding work contributing to our Nation’s mission critical programs Blu Omega is a Woman Owned Small Business Federal Technology services firm headquartered in Washington DC and supporting clients nationally.
