Role description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Hands‑on experience with MDM platforms, especially JAMF and Intune.
• Strong working knowledge of macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems.
• Advanced ability to configure and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices.
• Experience deploying and managing OS‑level security controls (encryption, endpoint protection, vulnerability remediation).
• Expertise integrating devices with IAM solutions and conditional access policies.
• Advanced scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, or Python for deployment, configuration, and compliance.
• Ability to diagnose, resolve, and document complex cross‑platform interoperability issues.
• Deep understanding of EMM/MAM strategies for large, diverse device environments.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to teams and stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating within technical teams and contributing to shared projects.
• Background supporting Device Trust solutions, including certificates and secure device identity verification.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, especially conditional access configuration and maintenance.
