Role description
We’re partnering with a global financial-services leader on an exciting contract opportunity for an Institutional Client Reporting SME. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, operations, technology, and client service, and who can drive large-scale reporting transformation across a multi-asset institutional platform. The Opportunity You’ll lead the modernization of client-reporting processes, designing scalable solutions that deliver accurate, insight-rich, and compliant reports to institutional investors. This is a hands-on consulting engagement- collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define the future-state reporting model and implement best-in-class data and automation practices. Key Responsibilities β€’ Design and implement next-generation reporting solutions across equities, fixed income, alternatives, and multi-asset portfolios. β€’ Translate institutional and consultant requirements into actionable technology specifications (Aladdin, SimCorp, Eagle, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). β€’ Build out data-governance and automation frameworks to strengthen data integrity, lineage, and scalability. β€’ Ensure alignment with key regulatory and industry standards (GIPS, SFDR, AIFMD, Solvency II). β€’ Partner with client-service teams to enhance the client experience through dashboards, digital portals, and automated commentary. β€’ Act as the reporting SME guiding transformation initiatives, vendor evaluations, and reporting-innovation strategies. What You Bring β€’ 9+ years in institutional client reporting, performance analytics, or investment-operations roles. β€’ Deep familiarity with multi-asset and alternative-investment data flows. β€’ Experience integrating or using tools such as Aladdin, SimCorp, Eagle, Markit EDM, Tableau, Power BI, or similar. β€’ Working knowledge of SQL, Excel/VBA, or visualization tools for prototyping. β€’ Strong understanding of data governance, controls, and reporting regulations. β€’ Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. β€’ CFA, CIPM, or FRM certification preferred. Engagement Details This is a full-time contract (FTC) position. All contractors for this project will be employed on W-2 through our firm- we’re not able to consider independent (C2C/1099) arrangements for this engagement. This FTC opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate and the chance to contribute to a high-visibility transformation initiative within a global asset-management environment.
