Client Services Reporting Analyst (Investor Portal Administration)
Hybrid | Newark, NJ (3 days/week onsite)
Contract Opportunity | Large Investment Management Firm
Our client, a leading investment management firm, is seeking a Client Services Reporting Analyst to join their Client Services Reporting team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, data governance, client operations, and process improvement.
The successful candidate will support the firm's investor portal and reporting operations while partnering with technology teams to improve automation, data quality, and the overall client experience.
Responsibilities
Investor Portal Administration (InvestorFlow)
• Manage daily administration of the InvestorFlow client portal
• Upload investor documents and client communications
• Troubleshoot portal issues and partner with technology teams to resolve them
• Track, document, and monitor production issues through resolution
• Administer user onboarding and offboarding processes
• Review user licenses, security permissions, and profile access
• Coordinate investor communications and distribution activities
• Manage returned or undeliverable communications and maintain accurate contact records
Data Governance & Analytics
• Monitor data quality across the investor portal platform
• Build scalable auditing and monitoring processes to proactively identify data issues
• Partner with internal teams to investigate and resolve data discrepancies
• Support ongoing data governance initiatives
Reporting & Process Improvement
• Support client reporting activities as needed
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes
• Partner with technology teams on implementation of process improvements
• Assist with scheduled and ad hoc reporting projects
Required Qualifications
• Experience supporting client reporting, client services, operations, data governance, or platform administration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience within investment management or financial services
• Experience with one or more of the following:
• Salesforce
• Marketing Cloud
• Tableau
• InvestorFlow
• Familiarity with Aladdin, FactSet, or Vermilion is a plus
• Experience supporting investor communications or client portals
