Role description
Our client, a global technology leader, is seeking a CLM Administrator to support the Legal Operations team in maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing its Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) environment.
This role is ideal for a professional with experience administering Icertis or a similar CLM platform who enjoys working at the intersection of legal operations, technology, data, reporting, and process improvement. The successful candidate will partner closely with Legal, Legal Operations, and business stakeholders to support day-to-day platform administration, reporting, workflow optimization, system enhancements, and analytics initiatives.
Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Employment Type: W-2 Contract
Key Responsibilities
• Administer and support the day-to-day operation of the CLM platform, including user support, workflow management, system maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Partner with Legal Operations and Legal teams to improve CLM processes, workflows, reporting, and overall platform utilization.
• Develop and maintain contract lifecycle reporting, dashboards, metrics, and analytics, including cycle time and operational performance reporting.
• Support contract repository governance, data integrity, metadata management, and system adoption initiatives.
• Assist with system enhancements, configurations, testing, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Create documentation, training materials, and user support resources.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests and analytics initiatives utilizing Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Participate in CLM implementation, enhancement, or migration-related projects as needed.
Requirements
• Experience administering or supporting a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
• Experience within a Legal Operations, Contracts, Legal Technology, or Contract Management environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating reports, metrics, dashboards, or operational analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting system improvements, process optimization, or technology implementations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred
• Icertis CLM experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with CLM configuration, administration, or development.
• Power BI, dashboarding, data visualization, or analytics experience.
• Experience working within a corporate legal department or law firm.
• Project management experience utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with C#, SQL, API integrations, or related technical skills is a plus.
