Role description
Hands-on role supporting a fast-paced data team. Focused on building, maintaining, and troubleshooting production pipelines (not architecture-heavy). Must-Have (Hard Gates) • Work 4PM–Midnight CT (Sun–Thu) (deal breaker) • AWS: S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, EMR • Snowflake (modeling + tuning) • SQL + Python • ETL/ELT pipeline ownership Responsibilities • Build/maintain AWS data pipelines • Optimize Snowflake warehouse • Own ETL/ELT across sources • Ensure data quality/performance • Support BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) • Troubleshoot production issues • Automate via Terraform/CloudFormation Background • 3–6+ years data engineering • Hands-on builder • Fast-paced environment experience • Independent problem solver • Global team experience (plus)
