Charlotte, NC Raileigh NC, Birmingham AL, Memphis TN
We need candidates with excellent communication skills, Banking exp is must
Required Skills:
β’ 8+ years of IT experience, including 2β3 years working with Microsoft Azure.
β’ Hands-on experience with Azure services (App Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, AKS, etc.).
β’ Strong understanding of payment systems (ACH, Wires, RTP, Zelle, etc.).
β’ Familiarity with CI/CD tools, scripting οΌPowerShell or PythonοΌ, and basic networking concepts.
β’ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
β’ Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Provide day-to-day operational support for payment systems hosted on Azure.
β’ Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate timely resolutions.
β’ Perform deployments and maintenance activities using Azure DevOps.
β’ Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements.
β’ Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to enhance reliability and performance.
β’ Maintain documentation of operational processes and provide on-call support as required.
