AWS DevOps / Security Engineer – Remote Contract
Contract: ASAP – Upto 6 months
Location: Remote (occasional travel to Bristol required)
Rates: upto £400/day(inside IR35) via UMB
No Sponsorship will be provided for the role now or in the future. The candidates must hold the right to work in the UK.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AWS DevOps / Security Engineer to join a large-scale cloud programme. This remote contract role will focus on securing and optimising AWS infrastructure, delivering Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, and maintaining efficient deployment pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain AWS security best practices.
• Design and deliver Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions to optimise efficiency and scalability.
• Support and enhance AWS infrastructure in a large environment.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable automated and repeatable deployments.
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of AWS security and cloud best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform / CloudFormation).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Additional Information:
• Primarily remote, with occasional travel to Bristol.
• Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
