Role description
Required Skills
• 8+ years of IT experience, including 2–3 years working with Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services (App Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, AKS, etc.).
• Strong understanding of payment systems (ACH, Wires, RTP, Zelle, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, scripting (PowerShell or Python), and basic networking concepts.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day operational support for payment systems hosted on Azure.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Perform deployments and maintenance activities using Azure DevOps.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to enhance reliability and performance.
• Maintain documentation of operational processes and provide on-call support as required.
