This role is an individual contributor position focused on enabling product teams while operating within established cloud governance. What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months) • Product teams can reliably provision and operate AWS environments with minimal friction • Infrastructure is consistently managed through code and aligned with enterprise standards • CI/CD pipelines are stable, secure, and well-integrated with cloud resources • Cloud-related issues are identified and resolved efficiently • Developers receive clear guidance on best practices for AWS usage • Environments demonstrate improved observability, security posture, and operational reliability Job Description Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 4–7 years of experience working with cloud infrastructure and platforms • Strong hands-on experience with AWS • Experience using infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform) • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment workflows • Experience supporting containerized applications • Ability to collaborate effectively with application teams and platform stakeholders • Familiarity with Git-based version control systems Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with the AWS Well-Architected Framework • Experience working within an AWS Landing Zone or governed cloud environment • Experience with Amazon ECS and container orchestration concepts • Understanding of multi-tenant, SaaS-like application architectures • Experience with cloud monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions • Exposure to AWS IoT services, including IoT SiteWise and/or IoT Greengrass • Familiarity with security best practices for cloud-native applications • AWS certification (Associate or Professional level) is a plus
