Cloud Support Engineer

W2 ONLY Position- Cloud Production Support Engineer Location- Merrimack, NH (primary) or Westlake, TX (secondary) Type- W2///Hybrid (Remote every other week) Visa- USC, GC Description • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools, monitoring, logging, observability frameworks, and database and storage technologies is essential. • Responsibilities include supporting WORM-compliant (Write Once Read Many) archive solutions that safeguard data integrity, immutability, and regulatory compliance for long-term retention needs, while collaborating across teams to deliver reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure solutions. • A Cloud Engineer opportunity focused on ensuring system stability, performance, and resilience across enterprise cloud-based archival platforms. • This role centers on enhancing observability capabilities, improving real-time application performance visibility, and automating response mechanisms to reduce operational risk and recovery time. • The role requires proven troubleshooting abilities under pressure, strong documentation and cross-team collaboration skills, and approximately 5+ years of cloud engineering or production support experience. Familiarity with CICS systems, basic mainframe navigation, and GenAI concepts is a plus. • The ideal candidate brings strong experience with AWS services including EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, Lambda, and CloudFormation, along with Terraform and Linux administration. • Expertise in networking concepts such as firewalls and load balancers, containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, and programming in Java, Python, Bash, or PowerShell is required.
