Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain CI records, attributes, and relationships within the CMDB to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct data quality checks and drive remediation of gaps, inconsistencies, and errors.
• Produce reports, dashboards, and trend analysis to support governance, audits, and operational decision-making.
• Support service mapping, asset lifecycle updates, and change impact assessments.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to data standards, policies, and processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams, service managers, and stakeholders to ensure CMDB data aligns with operational and compliance requirements.
