Coding Expert | Remote

Position: Coding Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $50 - $120/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities • Review and refine AI-generated code for quality, accuracy, and adherence to best practices across multiple programming languages. • Create and solve coding problems to ensure diverse and challenging datasets for AI training. • Develop comprehensive test cases to evaluate code correctness and performance metrics. • Provide clear reasoning and detailed written feedback to enhance AI model learning and performance. • Collaborate with the customer s team to identify areas for improvement in code evaluation processes. • Document findings and contribute to the continuous improvement of evaluation frameworks. Requirements • Have strong relevant experience in programming languages such as Python, JAVA, GoLang, .NET, Typescript, JavaScript, Rust, Swift, or Kotlin. • Possess strong problem-solving skills with experience tackling a wide range of coding challenges. • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English. • Show attention to detail when reviewing code and providing constructive feedback. • Be proficient in using Microsoft Office products for documentation and collaboration.
