Coding Specialist | Remote

Position: Coding Expert Type: Contract (Part-time) Compensation: $65 - $120/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities • Review, assess, and refine code generated by AI models to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Create, test, and solve complex coding problems and real-life scenarios. • Develop diverse and challenging test cases to evaluate model performance. • Deliver constructive feedback and transparent reasoning to guide AI improvements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define coding standards and quality benchmarks. • Document findings, best practices, and recommendations for ongoing model refinement. Requirements • Have a Master s degree in Computer Science or a Bachelor s degree with strong coding experience of at least . • Demonstrate proficiency in at least one core programming language such as Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, Go, or Rust. • Possess a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and advanced problem-solving techniques. • Have demonstrated expertise in code review, debugging, and delivering clean, efficient code. • Have experience using frameworks and technologies such as React, Node.js, .NET, PHP, Typescript, HTML, and Angular.
