Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior Cognos Developer & Administrator with strong SQL expertise to develop enterprise reporting solutions and administer the IBM Cognos Analytics platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Cognos Analytics 12+, Framework Manager, Cognos Administration, and advanced SQL in large enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
• Develop and maintain Cognos reports, dashboards, and Framework Manager models.
• Administer Cognos Dev, QA, and Production environments.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Manage Cognos security, LDAP/Active Directory integration, data sources, and deployments.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize report execution.
• Experience with AWS and enterprise reporting platforms is required.
• Experience with Cognos migrations/upgrades is preferred.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, AWS QuickSight, Snowflake, or Redshift is a plus.
• Financial Services or Asset Management domain experience is a plus.
