Role description
We’re looking for a hands-on Collibra Data Governance Engineer to help build and scale a modern metadata and lineage platform within a complex enterprise data environment.
This is a technical, engineering-focused role where you’ll deploy Collibra Edge, automate lineage ingestion, integrate across ETL and cloud ecosystems, and support regulatory and risk reporting initiatives.

What You’ll Do
• Deploy and configure Collibra Edge
• Build and maintain automated lineage pipelines
• Develop Java and API-based integrations
• Integrate Collibra with ETL platforms (Informatica, DataStage, SSIS)
• Support compliance initiatives (BCBS239, SOX, GDPR)
• Partner with data and platform engineering teams
• Help design scalable governance frameworks
Required Skills
• Strong experience with Collibra (DGC, Edge, Lineage)
• Solid Java and API development skills
• Experience integrating ETL/data platforms
• Good SQL knowledge
• Experience in enterprise data environments
Nice to Have
• Python
• Azure or AWS
• BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven projects
