Customer - Our customer is a leader in AI enabled SaaS products and solutions with focus in the life sciences domain Title – Commercial Business Analyst | Omnichannel Marketing Location – Remote Type - Contract Position Summary We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Business Analyst to drive effectiveness and actionable insights across our Omnichannel Marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a sophisticated understanding of digital campaigning and a proven ability to translate complex business objectives into measurable KPIs for marketing leadership, specifically within the Pharmaceutical commercial space. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Analysis: Lead business analysis for digital campaigning and marketing effectiveness programs. • KPI Management: Ensure consistent tracking and measurement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all omnichannel marketing channels. • Actionable Insights: Generate data-driven recommendations for brand and marketing leadership to optimize digital campaign performance. • Channel Optimization: Focus on marketing effectiveness across key digital and field touchpoints, including Email, Web, and Field channels. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals and support digital transformation initiatives. • Technical Documentation: Author Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories to support the development of digital marketing tools. Required Qualifications • Experience: A minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience. • Digital Expertise: Strong, proven track record in digital campaigning and marketing effectiveness. • Reporting: Expertise in analyzing and reporting on marketing KPIs for executive leadership. • Omnichannel Strategy: Experience managing strategies across multiple touchpoints (Email, Web, Field). • Domain Knowledge: Previous experience in Pharma Sales and Marketing is highly preferred. Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
