About The Company Addison Group is partnering with a leading national healthcare organization to identify a Lead, People Analytics & Compensation. This is a highly visible opportunity supporting enterprise-wide compensation programs, workforce analytics, and HR technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep compensation expertise combined with advanced Workday reporting and analytics experience to help drive strategic workforce decisions. Job Description The Lead, People Analytics & Compensation is a senior individual contributor responsible for enterprise compensation administration, workforce analytics, HR data governance, and Workday optimization. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, IT, and business leaders to deliver meaningful workforce insights, support compensation programs, improve processes, and influence strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities • Lead administration of enterprise compensation programs, including annual merit cycles, promotions, market adjustments, and bonus planning. • Configure, test, validate, and audit compensation processes within Workday while maintaining data integrity. • Develop workforce analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting on headcount, turnover, retention, hiring, compensation, and organizational effectiveness. • Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, IT, and business leaders to provide strategic workforce insights. • Design and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting solutions while identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements. • Support compensation benchmarking, pay transparency initiatives, compliance reporting, and workforce planning efforts. • Lead cross-functional HR technology, compensation, and organizational effectiveness projects. • Ensure HR data governance, reporting accuracy, and audit readiness across multiple business entities. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field required. • 7+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, HRIS, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, or related HR disciplines. • 5+ years of hands-on compensation administration experience, including salary structures, market pricing, job evaluations, and annual compensation planning. • Advanced Workday HCM experience, including reporting, compensation, and analytics functionality. • Experience developing dashboards, workforce reporting, and executive-level analytics. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. • Healthcare and multi-entity organization experience preferred.
