Compliance Data Analyst (HR) Hyrbid - Lewisville, TX Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder! We are looking for a highly organized and analytical HR Compliance Analyst (Contract) to support enterprise compliance initiatives through reporting, data management, and operational coordination. This role will play a key part in employment eligibility remediation efforts, with a strong focus on I-9 documentation, E-Verify tracking, and compliance-related reporting. This individual should be comfortable working with large datasets in Excel, identifying inconsistencies and trends, and ensuring remediation activities are accurately documented and audit-ready. In addition to remediation support, this role may assist with broader HR compliance functions including onboarding compliance, training audits, and workforce reporting initiatives. Primary Responsibilities Employment Eligibility & Compliance Remediation • Assist with enterprise-wide I-9 remediation activities, including data validation, issue identification, and remediation tracking. • Maintain detailed reporting tools and trackers to monitor: • Missing or incomplete documentation • Delayed completion timelines • E-Verify processing compliance • Overall remediation progress and resolution metrics • Ensure remediation efforts are thoroughly documented with clear audit trails and status updates. • Analyze recurring trends or process gaps and provide recommendations for improvement. E-Verify Case Coordination • Support the administration and tracking of E-Verify exception workflows, including: • Tentative Nonconfirmations (TNCs) • SSA and Client pending resolution cases • Monitor required timelines, escalations, and follow-up actions to ensure compliance standards are met. • Coordinate with HR teams, managers, and internal stakeholders to drive timely case resolution. • Maintain accurate logs and documentation supporting compliance defensibility and audit readiness. Compliance Reporting & Analytics • Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, reports, and tracking tools related to onboarding and compliance activities. • Evaluate data trends and reporting metrics such as: • Timeliness of onboarding documentation • Compliance processing delays • Common error trends and rework patterns • Produce recurring compliance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. • Partner with HR leadership to support risk mitigation and operational improvements through data analysis. Process Improvement & Documentation • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, reporting accuracy, and compliance controls. • Recommend or implement validation checks, standardized tracking processes, and reporting enhancements. • Assist with creation and maintenance of SOPs, audit documentation, and compliance scorecards. Stakeholder Support & Communication • Communicate findings, risks, and remediation updates clearly to HR and operational stakeholders. • Provide timely follow-up regarding outstanding compliance items or missing documentation. • Maintain a professional, service-oriented approach while driving accountability and completion. Additional Compliance Support • Assist with onboarding compliance tracking and reporting. • Support training compliance initiatives and completion reporting. • Provide analytical support related to EEOC reporting and other regulatory requirements. • Contribute to additional HR compliance projects as needed. Qualifications Required • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, compliance support, onboarding analytics, or data analysis. • Advanced Excel proficiency, including: • Pivot Tables • XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP • Conditional Formatting • Data Validation • Experience working with employment eligibility or compliance-related data. • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. • Effective communication and follow-through skills in a fast-paced environment. Preferred • Experience supporting E-Verify case management or compliance exception handling. • Exposure to employment eligibility or immigration compliance processes. • Experience building dashboards, audit trackers, or compliance reporting tools. • Familiarity with audit support activities or regulatory reporting environments. • Exposure to compliance training programs or EEOC reporting processes.
