Key Responsibilities
• Designing and developing document templates for various output formats, such as TNO, PDF, PS and AFP.
• Creating automated workflows for customer communications using Quadient's tools like Inspire Automation and Scaler.
• Developing in Customer Communication Management software (CCM) such as MessagPoint for integration with connected touchpoints.
• Manipulating and transforming data from different sources, including flat files, databases, XML, and JSON, into usable formats for document generation.
• Integrate with upstream and downstream platforms and enterprise systems using methods like APIs, MQ, SQL, and SFTP.
• Working with business analysts, designers, IT teams, and print production teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements and gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshooting issues, supporting applications in document processing, and ensuring data security and compliance.
• Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Required Skills and Experience
• 7+ years of related experience with customer communications management (CCM) tools
• 5+ years of experience with one or more of the following applications:
• SQL
• Quadient Inspire Designer
• Quadient Automation
• Quadient Scaler
• Quadient Interactive
• Experience with scripting languages for data and document manipulation such as JavaScript, Groovy, Perl, Python.
• Familiarity with various data input and output formats, such as XML, JSON, flat files, TNO, PDF, PS, and AFP.
• Experience with APIs, MQ, and SFTP for data exchange and system integration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines and prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
