Computer Aided Design Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Senior CAD/PLM Administrator to support and optimize our enterprise engineering design environment. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in PTC Creo, enterprise PLM systems, and CAD administration who thrives in a fast-paced, global engineering organization. Required Experience • 12+ years of hands-on experience administering PTC Creo Parametric (or equivalent) in an enterprise environment. • Strong expertise with enterprise PLM platforms such as PTC Windchill, Oracle Agile, or similar, including Engineering Change Management, CAD-PLM integration, and product lifecycle management. • Proven experience troubleshooting complex CAD issues, including regeneration failures, broken references, workspace synchronization, and configuration challenges. • Experience managing software licensing across multiple engineering applications such as Creo, Autodesk, SolidWorks, Onshape, Rhino, KeyShot, and Minitab. • Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence. • Strong scripting and automation skills using Pro/TOOLKIT, J-Link, Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies. • Excellent communication and technical training skills, with experience supporting global engineering teams. • Working knowledge of complementary design tools including Alias, Rhino, SolidWorks, Onshape, KeyShot, and 3ds Max. • Exposure to VR/AR design reviews, Generative Design, or AI-assisted CAD workflows is a strong plus. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
