Key Responsibilities
β’ Develop and manage a sophisticated documentation tracking system to support all ERB/CCB change packages and associated procurement, test planning, cyber documentation, and MOAs.
β’ Create and implement lifecycle CM program plans to integrate CM requirements into system acquisition strategies, sustainment plans, engineering plans, and contract requirements.
β’ Establish and nurture strong working relationships with procurement and technical staff, ensuring seamless communication and teamwork.
β’ Collect, analyze, and prepare critical data for program reviews, configuration audits, management meetings, and design/status reviews.
β’ Manage and maintain the enclave configuration baseline, ensuring all changes are accurately documented and audited.
β’ Conduct configuration audits and provide quality assurance to maintain product baseline integrity.
β’ Maintain and oversee a comprehensive documentation repository.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
β’ Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline and 9 or more years of relevant experience
β’ Active DoD Top Secret or DOE Q clearance with SCI eligibility, with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI
β’ 3 or more years of experience in configuration management within an IT environment
β’ Proven expertise in release management and change control processes
β’ Proficient in change management methodologies and best practices
β’ Exceptional problem-solving skills
β’ Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Education And Experience
β’ Certifications in Change/Configuration Management (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP, CICM)
β’ Experience with project management tools and methodologies
β’ Proficiency in using and administering SharePoint
β’ Familiarity with drawing standards and tools
