We are looking for a Confluent Platform Engineer/Consultant to support MRC review, NextGen deployment, and deliver onsite workshops focused on Confluent Platform. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Kafka/Confluent, scripting skills, and solid exposure to Unix/Linux environments. Confluent Platform Support & Deployment
Support MRC (Migration Readiness Check) review activities
Assist with NextGen Confluent Platform deployment
Design and validate Kafka cluster architecture
Core Skills
Strong experience with Confluent Platform / Apache Kafka
Hands-on knowledge of Kafka cluster sizing, monitoring, and operations
Experience with Kafka Replicator and Cluster Linking
Technical Skills
Scripting skills in Python or similar languages
Strong experience working in Unix/Linux environments
Understanding of Kafka internals (brokers, topics, partitions, replication, offsets)
