Job Description
• This individual will be an important player within Fine Fragrance North America Consumer Insights team, tasked with supporting client work and proactive research projects.
• Become an expert user of our consumer insights tools and conduct product/brand quantitative and qualitative analyses to support ongoing work.
• Maintain and updating CI databases, manage file organization, clean and upload data, manage product test logistics alongside research agencies, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization including the Global CI Center of Excellence, Scent SSU, Marketing, Fragrance Development, Perfumers and Sales.
• Providing support across all specific of consumer insights work, including database management, presentation development, preparation for smelling sessions, client requests and fragrance & concept testing
• Becoming expert user of multiple CI systems/tools and leveraging these on a continuous basis to address internal and external stakeholder requests
• Work on distilling data from multiple sources into actionable insights and reports
• Liaising with research agencies to set up testing logistics and relaying information to internal team
• Managing timelines and deliverables to ensure all work meets deadlines
• Working closely with a variety of internal stakeholders to understand and meet their needs and developing strong networks in order to better serve business needs
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in psychology, statistics, business disciplines, market research or related field and 1+ year of relevant work experience (including internship experience) required
• Strong ability to work with data and highly detail oriented with the necessity to consistently meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple ongoing projects and priorities
• Highly collaborative self-starter with a can-do attitude and thrives in a fast-paced, global environment

It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
