Duration: 7 Months Contract + High Potential to Extend

Payrate: $40/hr on W2

Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Specialist to support analytics and reporting within a leading healthcare organizationโs Individual and Family Plan (IFP) business segment. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with marketing teams and key stakeholders to assess campaign performance, deliver actionable insights, and optimize marketing outcomes. This role requires strong analytical skills, data visualization expertise, and hands-on experience with advanced analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities:
โข Partner with marketing leaders to identify analytics challenges and develop actionable data-driven solutions.
โข Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to monitor marketing performance across acquisition, engagement, retention, and broker channels.
โข Support test design (A/B and multivariate), hypothesis formulation, and performance measurement for marketing campaigns.
โข Deliver timely reporting with clear communication of marketing effectiveness and insights.
โข Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all marketing and analytics processes.
โข Identify gaps in data and processes, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution.
โข Contribute to automation of reporting workflows and development of analytics best practices and documentation.
โข Provide ad hoc analysis and support for marketing and business teams.
Qualifications:
โข 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or digital analytics โ preferably within healthcare or health insurance.
โข Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, Databricks, Teradata, or SAS for data extraction and manipulation.
โข Proficiency with Tableau and/or Adobe Analytics / Customer Journey Analytics highly preferred.
โข Experience designing and analyzing A/B or multivariate marketing tests.
โข Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
โข Strong communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.
โข Experience with large datasets and a strong emphasis on data accuracy and insight quality.
Preferred Experience:
โข Direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing analytics experience across email, digital, phone, and direct mail channels.
โข Exposure to customer retention, engagement, and acquisition strategies.
โข Familiarity with healthcare or insurance marketing performance measurement.
