• Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX, including routing and APIs
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React and backend platforms such as Node.js or Python
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and CI / CD tools
Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and enhance custom applications and services for Genesys Cloud CX
• Integrate AI-driven capabilities within the contact center ecosystem
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including deployment through CI / CD pipelines
