Content Analyst

Job title: AI Content Analyst Location: Dallas, TX 75202 Duration: 36 months Skills Required: • Lead Al communications strategy, leveraging Copilot Al Agents, Copilot Studio, and emerging Al tools to enable scalable, future-ready communications capabilities. • Spearhead development of Al-enabled, human-inspected agentic workflows that improve efficiency across business communications. • Support integration of technology platforms that improve communications and onboarding, including SharePoint, Adobe, and future MarTech capabilities. • Partner cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities, streamline intake and execution processes, and accelerate speed to market. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Practice strategic execution: You understand your requests, their deadlines, how they relate to both customer needs AND business goals. 1. Handle multiple large-scale initiatives with minimal oversight, prioritizing them accordingly and taking ownership of their completion. 1. Understand data. Know how, when, and where data is captured, and you know when that data can be used to best serve the customer. 1. Understand technology. Must be familiar with content inventory and auditing tools and stay abreast of new breakthroughs in those technologies. 1. Experienced with Adobe Analytics and other industry standard data tools. 1. Working knowledge of one or more industry standard data visualization tools, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI. (not a must have)
