Role description
Position Overview The Quality Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, verifying, compiling, and reporting quality-related data to support the Quality organization. This role ensures data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across multiple systems and assists in monitoring key performance indicators to support quality oversight and continuous improvement activities. This position is on-site Monday through Friday. This is a contract role slated through February 2026. Key Responsibilities • Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources, including Electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS), Electronic Batch Record (EBR) systems, Inventory Management systems, and other internal databases. • Verify that collected data is accurate, complete, and consistent prior to reporting or analysis. • Process and convert files into various formats for review, analysis, and presentation (e.g., Excel to PDF or other formats). • Navigate and maintain proper file hierarchy and document locations within SharePoint and eQMS platforms. • Prepare routine and ad hoc quality reports, dashboards, and data presentations as requested by Quality leadership. • Monitor and track quality performance indicators and metrics to support trending, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Support data requests and audits by providing accurate and timely quality data. Qualifications • Strong computer literacy with the ability to work across multiple IT systems simultaneously. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Ability to organize, manage, and review large volumes of data with attention to detail. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience in a Quality role within an FDA-regulated environment. • Familiarity with Pharmetika software or similar electronic quality systems.
