Job Description TSR is seeking an experienced EPIC Conversion Analyst for a remote contract opportunity supporting a large-scale healthcare technology implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Epic data migration, conversion, and ETL processes, along with the ability to deliver accurate, validated data that supports both clinical and administrative workflows. This role requires close collaboration with technical teams, Epic application analysts, and clinical stakeholders to ensure successful data conversion and system implementation. Responsibilities • Lead Epic data migration and conversion activities from legacy healthcare systems. • Translate business requirements into functional conversion specifications. • Map legacy data to Epic data structures and conversion templates. • Develop and execute ETL processes, conversion scripts, and data load programs. • Perform data validation, reconciliation, testing, and defect resolution. • Troubleshoot conversion issues and ensure high-quality data integrity. • Collaborate with application analysts, technical teams, clinicians, and business stakeholders. • Document conversion procedures, technical specifications, and best practices. • Provide support and knowledge transfer for conversion processes. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy regulations.
