Conversion Developer

We are looking for a Mid-Level Conversion Developer / Conversion Analyst to support ERP implementation projects through accurate and efficient data migration and conversion activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring legacy data is successfully transformed and loaded into the target ERP system with high quality, integrity, and compliance. Key Responsibilities • Analyze source data from legacy systems and map it to target ERP data structures • Plan and execute data conversion strategies, schedules, and test plans in collaboration with project teams • Design, develop, and document ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes • Work with business and technical stakeholders to validate data requirements and conversion logic • Perform data cleansing and transformation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency • Execute mock conversions and support data validation during system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues, discrepancies, and gaps throughout the migration lifecycle • Ensure converted data meets business rules, system requirements, and audit/compliance standards Preferred Qualifications • 3–8 years of experience in data conversion, data migration, or ERP implementations • Strong understanding of ETL processes, data mapping, and data validation • Experience working with ERP systems (financial, HR, or enterprise platforms preferred) • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional project teams Interested candidates: Please reach out via LinkedIn message or apply directly.
