Role description
AI & Copilot Development β€’ Design, build, and extend custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio Premium β€’ Integrate copilots with Azure AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services) β€’ Architect and implement prompt strategies, orchestration logic, and conversation flows β€’ Build reusable AI components that support scalability, governance, and reuse Azure & API Integration β€’ Develop secure integrations using Azure APIs, Logic Apps, Functions, and REST services β€’ Implement authentication and authorization using Azure AD / Entra ID β€’ Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise security, compliance, and data‑handling standards Power Platform Solutions β€’ Build and extend solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and custom connectors β€’ Collaborate with citizen developers while enforcing ALM, governance, and best practices β€’ Support automation and intelligent workflows across business platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SharePoint, SAP) Engineering & Delivery β€’ Participate in solution architecture, technical design reviews, and code standards β€’ Apply CI/CD and ALM best practices across Power Platform and Azure deployments β€’ Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance performance of AI and automation solutions β€’ Document architectures, patterns, and operational guidance for long‑term sustainability Collaboration & Enablement β€’ Partner with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions β€’ Support knowledge transfer and adoption of AI capabilities across teams β€’ Stay current on Microsoft AI, Copilot, and Power Platform roadmap advancements Required Qualifications β€’ 5+ years of experience in software development or solution engineering β€’ Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure (APIs, Functions, Logic Apps, App Services) β€’ Experience building AI‑driven solutions using Azure OpenAI and/or Cognitive Services β€’ Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) β€’ Experience designing and integrating REST APIs β€’ Solid understanding of security, identity, and enterprise architecture principles β€’ Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Python β€’ Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
