Role description
Copilot Studio SME – Remote Canada. We’re hiring Copilot Studio Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design, build, and scale AI copilots and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft Cloud services. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Translate business needs into conversational AI solutions and user journeys. β€’ Design and develop copilots with Copilot Studio, including topics, plugins, orchestration, and generative answers. β€’ Integrate solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Microsoft Graph. β€’ Apply governance, DLP policies, and responsible AI practices. β€’ Monitor performance, refine prompts, and continuously improve based on analytics and feedback. β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders, deliver demos, training, and platform guidance. Qualifications: Required: β€’ Hands-on with Copilot Studio or similar platforms. β€’ Strong skills in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse). β€’ Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and API integrations. β€’ Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI grounding strategies. β€’ Understanding of Power Platform governance and security best practices. Preferred: β€’ Experience with multi-turn AI agents and orchestration. β€’ Skills in .NET, TypeScript, Power Fx, or building custom connectors. β€’ Familiarity with regulated industries, telemetry tools (e.g., Power BI, App Insights). β€’ Certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-200, PL-600, AI-102) are a plus.
