About the Role:
Title: Cority Application Analyst
Duration: 12-month contract (potential for extensions/conversion)
Shift: M-F8-5P EST
Location: fully remote (unfortunately cannot sit in AK, CA, WA, or HI)
Must Haves:
• 3+ years of direct experience with the Cority Employee Health Application
• Programming skills in SQL, Python, and scripting for data extracts, reporting, and automation
• Hands-on experience with virtual servers (configuration, deployment, troubleshooting)
• Strong background in system configuration, report development, testing, and deployment
• Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and translate into technical/functional solutions
• Experience working with vendors, writing functional specs, and managing cross-functional projects
Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Cority Application Analyst to support a large health system in Baltimore, MD. This full-time, remote consultant will accelerate Phase 2 of the Cority Employee Health implementation, launched in late 2023, by configuring system settings, writing SQL/Python scripts for data extracts and reporting, and deploying new functionality while handling PHI/PII. With 3+ years of direct Cority experience required, you’ll analyze complex business problems, execute testing, collaborate with vendors and stakeholders, and provide hands-on application support to ensure compliance tracking for onboarding, flu shots, and health records. This demands immediate impact on a project delayed by shifting priorities and seasonal reconfigurations.
Compensation (contract):
$63hrto $68hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
