Role description
About the Role This role focuses on making sure advertiser data for CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) brands is accurate, consistent, and well organized. You’ll help build and manage new data tracking processes, update advertiser information in systems, and work closely with Sales, Catalog, and Operations teams. This is a great role for someone who: β€’ Pays close attention to detail β€’ Is comfortable working with data β€’ Enjoys improving processes through technology and automation What You’ll Do β€’ Enter and update advertiser data in Salesforce, working closely with Sales teams. β€’ Use third-party data sources like Nielsen and internal data to build a clear view of CPG manufacturers’ activity. β€’ Set up and manage advertiser accounts in internal systems at scale. β€’ Review and audit CPG brand catalogs, making sure product information is clean and accurate. β€’ Work with the Catalog team to fix data issues and keep catalogs updated. β€’ Build and maintain strong data processes to ensure reports and content are reliable. β€’ Help automate and streamline workflows to make data operations faster and more efficient. What We’re Looking For β€’ Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in business analytics, operations, or consulting. β€’ Experience working with CPG advertisers or in retail/digital media is a plus. β€’ Intermediate to advanced SQL skills. β€’ Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. β€’ Familiarity with catalog/data management systems and large datasets. β€’ Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflow and data accuracy. β€’ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. β€’ Able to work independently on repetitive tasks while also improving processes. β€’ Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
