URGENT: North Carolina DHHS – Cúram Developer (Hybrid, NC Local Preferred)
Deadline: Tomorrow, 5 PM EST - Local to NC or willing to relocate preferred.
The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NC DHHS) is seeking an experienced Cúram Developer at least 3 years of hands-on Cúram development experience to assist with the development and implementation of NC Families Accessing Services through Technology (NC FAST) using Cúram Software.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Cúram V6/7/8 Certified Developer (
• Experience in social enterprise management
• Full lifecycle experience: requirements → functional design → development → testing
• Expertise in Cúram Enterprise Framework and Solution Modules
• Experience with Cúram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2) and Cúram Express Rules for Triage (CERT)
• Technical knowledge: Java, J2SE, J2EE, XML, XSL, Python, JavaScript
• Experience with Eclipse, HTML, CSS, Web Services (SOAP/WSDL), IBM Websphere
• Oracle database experience
• Experience with state government IT functions
• Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, JIRA
• Experience with Cúram Child Care Module, Cúram Web Services
• AWS or cloud development experience
