(CRE) Analytics Developer/Business Intelligence (Only on W2) 📍 Westlake, TX | Onsite About the Role We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Analytics Developer to join our CRE Strategy Reporting team in Westlake, TX. This role will help drive high-visibility strategic initiatives by creating transparency into performance metrics, milestones, and operational insights across CRE functions. You’ll work closely with a small, dynamic analytics team and partner directly with CRE leadership on both strategic and ad hoc initiatives that support executive-level decision-making. What You’ll Do • Build and maintain engaging Tableau dashboards that deliver actionable insights • Clean, blend, and automate large datasets from multiple sources • Use SQL / PL-SQL and ETL techniques to prepare and manage data • Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions • Support ongoing reporting and business intelligence needs for CRE Strategy • Present insights and deliverables to stakeholders and leadership as needed Required Skills & Experience • Strong proficiency in Tableau (dashboard development and data modeling) • Advanced Excel skills • Proficiency in SQL or PL-SQL • Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Tableau Prep, Power Query, Alteryx, or similar) • Proven experience cleaning and blending large, complex datasets • Ability to combine technical development with applied analytics and business insight Nice to Have • Experience with real estate or facilities systems (e.g., Archibus, CoStar, Corrigo) • Experience presenting analytics to senior leadership • Strong written and verbal communication skills Education • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or similar) preferred • Master’s degree preferred Why This Role • High-impact, high-visibility work with CRE leadership • Exposure to large-scale real estate and space planning initiatives • Close onsite collaboration with a tight-knit analytics and strategy team • Opportunity to influence data-driven decisions at an enterprise level
