Role description
What weβre looking for:
β’ Client is looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Credit Risk Analyst to join our Credit Risk team.
β’ This role is responsible for producing insightful reports, dashboards, and analytics that support credit risk monitoring, strategy evaluation, and regulatory compliance.
β’ The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a solid understanding of credit risk concepts, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
What youβll be doing:
β’ Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc credit risk reports and dashboards
β’ Conduct in-depth credit risk analysis across the credit lifecycle
β’ Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and identify emerging trends
β’ Streamline and automate reporting processes
β’ Document reporting methodologies and maintain data dictionaries and process guides.
β’ Support regulatory and audit reporting requirements with accurate and timely data
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance risk frameworks and improve data quality
Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) β Highlight Top 3-5 skills
β’ Bachelorβs degree or higher in Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or similar analytical/STEM field
β’ 1-2 yearsβ experience in analytical roles
β’ Demonstrated experience in SQL or Python (this will be tested during interviews)
β’ Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
β’ Problem-solving skills with strengths in Data Acquisition, Manipulation, Cleaning, Analysis and Presentation of Results
β’ Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and evaluate potential risks
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
β’ Basic understanding of credit risk concepts
Added bonus if you have (Preferred):
β’ Masterβs degree in an analytical field
β’ Auto Finance or Banking experience
β’ Certification in Tableau or Power BI
