What we’re looking for: β€’ Toyota Financial Savings Bank (TFSB) is looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Credit Risk Analyst to join our Credit Risk team. β€’ This role is responsible for producing insightful reports, dashboards, and analytics that support credit risk monitoring, strategy evaluation, and regulatory compliance. β€’ The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a solid understanding of credit risk concepts, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. What you’ll be doing: β€’ Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc credit risk reports and dashboards β€’ Conduct in-depth credit risk analysis across the credit lifecycle β€’ Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and identify emerging trends β€’ Streamline and automate reporting processes β€’ Document reporting methodologies and maintain data dictionaries and process guides. β€’ Support regulatory and audit reporting requirements with accurate and timely data β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance risk frameworks and improve data quality Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) – Highlight Top 3-5 skills β€’ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or similar analytical/STEM field β€’ 1-2 years’ experience in analytical roles β€’ Demonstrated experience in SQL or Python (this will be tested during interviews) β€’ Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI β€’ Problem-solving skills with strengths in Data Acquisition, Manipulation, Cleaning, Analysis and Presentation of Results β€’ Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and evaluate potential risks β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) β€’ Basic understanding of credit risk concepts Added bonus if you have (Preferred): β€’ Master’s degree in an analytical field β€’ Auto Finance or Banking experience β€’ Certification in Tableau or Power BI
