CRM Business Analyst

Summary The CRM Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing complex systems and solutions to meet organizational needs. This role serves as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that system requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications and integrated effectively within the enterprise architecture. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze system requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Design and document system architecture, workflows, and data models for new and existing applications. • Lead system integration efforts and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless implementation. • Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for proposed system changes and enhancements. • Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and developers. • Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with IT standards and policies. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, application design, or technical project management. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system integration methodologies. • Proficiency in modeling tools, data analysis, and technical documentation. Preferred Qualifications • Master’s degree in a related field. • Experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, or cloud-based systems. • Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or TOGAF. Skills and Competencies • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
