Role description
Summary The CRM Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing complex systems and solutions to meet organizational needs. This role serves as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that system requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications and integrated effectively within the enterprise architecture. Key Responsibilities β€’ Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze system requirements and translate them into technical specifications. β€’ Design and document system architecture, workflows, and data models for new and existing applications. β€’ Lead system integration efforts and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless implementation. β€’ Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for proposed system changes and enhancements. β€’ Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance. β€’ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and developers. β€’ Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with IT standards and policies. Required Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. β€’ 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, application design, or technical project management. β€’ Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system integration methodologies. β€’ Proficiency in modeling tools, data analysis, and technical documentation. Preferred Qualifications β€’ Master’s degree in a related field. β€’ Experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, or cloud-based systems. β€’ Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or TOGAF. Skills and Competencies β€’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. β€’ Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
