Role description
Role : CRM Data Developer/Analyst - 1 Marketing focused and 2nd Sales & Pricing focused(Only w2)
Location – Dallas, TX OR Chicago, IL(Hybrid/Only Locals)
Minimum 12+ Years of Experience required.
JD:
Must Have - - 5+ years of experience in data migration analysis/development, with at least 3 years focused on data migration projects, experience with Dynamics and preferrable from Salesforce to Dynamics (60% development and 40% analyst)
Strong experience with SQL Server Integration Services or any other tools (Kingsway Soft Preferred)
- Experience with platforms: Salesforce, Kantata (Mavenlink), Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proficiency in SQL and data extraction principles.
- Demonstrated success in complex enterprise system migrations, preferably involving CRM or PSA platforms
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and documentation.
- Exceptional coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, precision, and diplomacy.
