Position: Customer Insights Analyst! Location: Parsippany, NJ (primarily remote - onsite up to 3 x a year in Parsippany, NJ) - Must be local to the area. Uncover insights that drive Brand, Product, Advertising, and Customer Program strategies for PHYSICAL PRODUCTS, Manufacturing goods, - a product you can touch, see or smell (not digital) Dive deep into marketing research, analyzing data and trends. Leverage our tools and manage vendor relationships to gather valuable information. Be the bridge between data and strategy, asking the right questions and identifying needs. Present your findings to business owners and senior management, providing actionable insights. Required Skills β€’ Qualitative and Quantitative research on Physical products, manufacturing goods, cpg, or products that you can phycially touch, see, smell, eat or use (not digital) β€’ Interview Moderating β€’ Writing Discussion Guides β€’ Panel Moderation β€’ Survey Creation β€’ Focus Group Facilitation β€’ Project Management meeting timelines β€’ Excel (advanced), PowerPoint (advanced), and Word (advanced) β€’ Qualtrics, survey design and/or programming, β€’ Marketing Insights, Customer Insights, Voice of the Customer (VOC), Customer experience Research, User experience Research, Marketing Insights, Market Research, Customer Journey Mapping β€’ A/B testing, concept testing, new physical product development, Physical Products, (CGP) secondary or primary market research β€’ Experience conducting analysis and sharing actionable insights β€’ Qualtrics Education β€’ Bachelor's Degree mandatory; preferred degree in Marketing, General Management, Psychology, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Architecture/Engineering, or Sustainability. β€’ Certifications through N/ng, Burke, or other institutions/organizations will also be considered in lieu of a degree with appropriate experience. β€’ College graduates or professionals with 3-5 years of experience in marketing research or marketing insights.
