Key Responsibilities
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Interpret data findings and clearly communicate results to stakeholders
• Develop reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI and MS Office Suite
• Work with multiple data sources and software tools to support analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions
• Support initiatives focused on improving customer experience and satisfaction
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Market Research, Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• 1–5 years of experience in data analytics or a related role
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel), Power BI, and working with databases
• Ability to work with multiple software tools and systems
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in customer insights, market research, or customer-focused analytics
• Familiarity with industry trends and customer behavior analysis
