Role description

You'll be joining a forward-thinking Insight & Analytics team that plays a key role in driving business performance through data-led strategy. THE ROLE: As a Customer Loyalty Insight Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving insight across loyalty and life cycle activity. You'll work with marketing, CRM and analytics engineering teams to identify trends, improve retention, and optimise loyalty programmes. You can expect to: • Analyse customer behaviour and loyalty performance to identify key retention drivers. • Deliver data-led insights to inform customer engagement and reactivation strategies. • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for loyalty KPIs. • Partner with CRM and Marketing teams to deliver targeted campaigns and recommendations. • Present insight to senior stakeholders to influence strategic decision-making. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • Strong background in customer insight, retention or loyalty analytics. • Advanced SQL skills, plus experience with Looker, Power BI or Tableau. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability. • A data-driven mindset with a passion for improving the customer experience. Desirable: • Experience working with loyalty programmes or life cycle analytics. • Exposure to Python or R for advanced analysis.
